After we purchased a 2016 Audi on Jan 2026, we were driving the car home, and we found the front windshield at 2 places was cracked and they had covered it up with the sale signs. Hidden fees, broken promises, and zero follow-through
I purchased a 2023 Genesis GV80 from Gettel Nissan Sarasota and wish I hadn’t. The advertised price was not the real price. After I committed, the dealership piled on $1,200 in “dealership fees” (compare that to CarMax’s ~$500) and a mandatory $999 “clear coat” that was not included in the advertised price and not optional. Classic add-on tactic.

From the moment I perused the preowned inventory and filled out my profile sales representative Valentino Naeder was quick to cone t with me and made the entire car buying experience a pleasure.
Be aware of bait and switch tactics. Dealer will advertise at one price online and then switch the price when doing the deal. When asked about the price difference the dealer stated that the marketing person made a mistake. Instead of marking the vehicle down $200 they advertised it as $2,000 off. After getting frustrated the Sales Manager hung up. 15 min later called back and said he would honor the internet price. Then he added a bunch of unnecessary fees to bring the price back up to the original quote. This is why people don't trust dealers.
First time dealing with this dealership. Saw online what we wanted and drove down and the showed it to us and worked a deal and we drove home in it.
Had an appointment made last week for oil change and fluid change for 11:30am today. Came back at 3pm vehicle not even touched. No phone call. Incompetent and full of excuses! Don’t waste your time to get aggravated.

Recently bought a 24 Nissan Rogue SL and I dealt with Leo and Christan. We lost 4 cars to flooding with Debby. Buying cars is not really on the top of our list of things to do, but we need to replace them.The floods also damaged our home. We are tired and have been dealing with a lot of insurance follow up and clean up. Jacob Carhill in sales and business manager, Corey Cooper, were both super patient with us and understanding of all we have been going through. We would buy there again.

I brought my car in as a previous local auto repair shop put the incorrect oil in my car without telling me. While my car was in the shop, it was discovered that I needed a new serpentine belt, hoses, and engine gaskets. when the gaskets were being replaced, it was discovered that my spark plugs needed to be replaced as well.
This might sound daunting to some, but I was relieved that they found this out while working on it instead of me being broken down on the side of the road.

They will chisel you in every way they can and then some. Do not take WE OWE forms from them. It took two months and several calls and emails to get a PARTIAL refund for what was on the form.

Blatantly lied to a young woman about the contract she was signing. Took my car in for service and told me I needed work done on my car that I had literally JUST had done max 2 months ago. This place will lie and take advantage of you based on gender and age. I even emailed the manager and asked to clear up and errors or miscommunication and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call or email be back.

Nice customer service , I had a woman this time I think her name was Danielle ? The text I received about the status of my car was not updated throughout the process however I liked it when they’d send you a video too , but. Not done this time . Oil changed have gotten so expensive , I had a synthetic oil change with 30% percent off and it was still $98. Unless there are better coupons, I think my husband will be changing my oil from now on..it’s not Gettels problem , it’s our inflated pooorly run economy
Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted to buy a sports car for the first time, obviously you’d want to figure out how much insurance is going to cost you. Sales manager Leo kept trying to rush me into signing papers before finding out how much insurance would cost me, salesman had to tell him to go away so I could do my thing.
